MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY

• Keyboarding and Computer Applications – This is a required High School course. We use Prentice Hall curriculum. The first part of this course gives you a basic introduction to Microsoft Windows and to Word. In the Keyboarding section it teaches you the basic keying posture and helps break any bad keying habits you may have. Each Lesson has a connection to Language Arts, Science, Social Studies or Mathematics. In Computer Applications you learn about Word Processing and Speadsheets.
